The Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation Department (SARD) is a comprehensive outpatient
treatment program for substance abuse. The SARD offers a wide range of services
to include substance abuse evaluations, weekly group and individual counseling,
alcohol and drug education seminars, referrals to inpatient treatment facilities,
and a civilian counseling service for Department of Army civilians.
Location: 7th Floor
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 0730 to 1600.
